Stock items are usually shipped within 48 hours and" Bespoke" items are usually shipped within 28 days.

Returns

Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from receiving your delivery.

Any item returned must be in a satisfactory condition. A refund will be applied to your original payment method for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions. Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in a satisfactory condition, we have the right to reject any defective items.

BESPOKE ITEMS, MADE TO ORDER, PERSONALISED ITEMS or UNDERGARMENTS (including baselayer shorts) are NON-RETURNABLE, baselayer tops can be returned as per our returns policy.

If you have received a product/products incorrectly, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods so we can rectify your order accordingly.

We offer what we consider a very fair returns policy and we give an honest judgement based on many years experience, and endeavour to action your return within 7 days. We reserve the right to send any returned item back to the manufacturer for further inspection before our final judgement.
